What You Will Achieve
You will be a member of Pfizer’s dedicated and highly effective quality assurance and control team. You will be responsible for analyzing chemical, biological or microbiological products to support our quality programs. Your contribution to environmental testing, utility monitoring, analytical testing, microbial identification and sterility testing will help Pfizer provide safe drugs to patients. Your understanding of Quality Control instruments will help us meet their accuracy specifications against established standards.

How You Will Achieve It
Build, test, and maintain MODA master data
Collaborate with end users to collect user requirements and business process requirements for new MODA master data configuration
Provide user support to MODA application
Retrieve MODA data to support investigations and other business processes
Write, review, and approve site documentation including but not limited to, change controls and SOPs
Act as a technical resource within own project team/ discipline.
Perform tasks associated with maintaining and improving cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) compliant Quality Control and/or Stability laboratories.
Apply discipline’s principles, appropriate procedures and leadership skills to develop action plans and contributes to executing toward individual, team and project goals.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience OR a bachelors with at least 3 years of experience OR Masters with more than 1 year of experience.
Excellent knowledge and handling of current MS Office Applications.
Excellent effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of US, EU and ROW cGMP & GLP.
Experience with MODA or LIMS master data development
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts, Lean Labs.
Familiarity with project management tools including stakeholder management.
Experience with EM data analysis
Experience with Excel formulas, VBA, or other programming/scripting tools
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $78,000.00 to $130,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
