Wells Fargo in partnership with Rangam SourceAbled is seeking a Business Execution Associate in the Wealth & Investment Management operations group.

In this role, you will:
- Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills and basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional business partners in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Must Have:
- 6+ months of business operations, implementation or strategic planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Nice to Have:
- Business Operations experience (workflow and business process)
- Data and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Project Management
- Experience working with technology, Product, Legal and Compliance partners to implement change
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio) skills
- Data analysis tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, etc.)
