Your Impact

As a valued member of the engineering team, you'll take charge of maintaining and enhancing the performance of utility systems, buildings, and production equipment. Your Day-to-Day

Your tasks will range from maintaining and repairing equipment to ensuring safety standards are met. You'll be reading schematics, using electrical testing equipment, and offering insights to boost machine performance. Strict adherence to procedures and regulations is paramount, and you'll have the opportunity to lead and guide your peers.

What You Bring to the Table

Must-Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) or other regulated environment
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation skills
  • Industry knowledge and basic math skills
  • Familiarity with various trades

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of Pharma Utility systems and regulated environments
  • Diverse skillset and experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Willingness to mentor and train others

Physical and Mental Requirements
