ROLE SUMMARY

The Digital Product and Launch team are responsible for the digital approach and support for product launch, External Supply and data. Enable close collaboration with global launch organization and PGS for both system and digital support of actual and future launches. In collaboration with other Digital teams is responsible for the enterprise strategy, design, build, testing, operation, and support of the New Product Launch, External Supply and PGS Serialization Core Solutions portfolio.

As a member of the Product and Launch team, the Sr Analyst will support business and systems analysis to develop designs for ongoing product launches, external supply, and new regulatory serialization initiatives. When areas in scope require digital developments, the Sr Analyst will be responsible to support the coordination of all deliverables with the different Digital teams and managing conversations for alignment or issue resolution. This role will partner with teams across Pfizer to establish data requirements, influence service offerings, participate in development, and collaborate on the delivery of services.

This role allows the candidate to partner with the Business community in supporting building innovative solutions. The role requires the candidate to have an excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide guidance, lead and co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives for Products and Launch

  • Support coordination of the overall External Supply, NPLO and Products Digital Delivery across multiple creation centers

  • Provide input to the development of the strategic External Supply and New Product Launch Digital roadmap for Pfizer

  • Support the functional/technical impact analyses and solution planning based on business process and requirements.

  • Support driving further adoption of the system post go live through coaching teams and optimizing use of the system

  • Use a thorough understanding of project/program processes and strategies to identify projects, quantify benefits and prioritize initiatives that contribute to the objectives of the NPL and External Supply programs

  • Support Value Realization across NPL and External Supply through business process harmonization, supporting business change & continuous improvement

  • Support communicating and securing agreement on the requirements across stakeholders and creation centers
     

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant experience; OR  Master’s degree with one year of relevant experience; OR    Associate degree with six years of relevant experience; OR  Eight years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 3+ years overall systems technology experience in medium or large-scale systems implementations. Candidate should be comfortable working in a large global, matrix organization. Strong organizational collaboration / partnership skills required. Experience in architecting and hands-on delivery of enterprise systems, serialization, data interfaces, leading resources, and project management required.

  • Good follow-up skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverables

  • Ability to operate in an agile environment

  • Strong attention to detail with good organization skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, often-ambiguous, regulatory/validated environment

Skillsets:

  • Demonstrated experience of various Information Technology practices

  • Proven experience in business processes in the pharmaceutical industry, including an understanding of the drug development process

  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life-Cycle

  • Experience with business analysis and writing business requirements

  • Experience with software testing and testing tools

  • Knowledge or familiarity with the production support process, including tasks, escalation routes, communications, and other related activities

Travel may be required (5-20%).  Work with APAC and EMEA customers and team members may require early morning or late evening calls.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $67,400.00 to $112,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
