SourceAbled's client has a great opportunity for recent and / or upcoming grads for a Intern -Summer 2025 (Hybrid- 3 Days in Office) roles. These roles are full time, direct hire position with Freddie Mac. This is a hybrid position located in McLean VA - 3 days in office. The salary range for this position is $54,000 - $82,000 and you would eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.

Your Impact:
You will be an integral part in supporting the Corporate Services Division in executing on our strategy by rotating through three areas of focus. Possible rotational opportunities include Operations, Governance, Reporting & Analytics, Communications, and Outreach and Engagement. Rotations will be based on both your interest and the business needs at the time.
- Have exposure to all facets of the division while supporting operations.
- Support employee experiences from ideation to planning and execution.
- Support project management activities, including initiatives across Freddie Mac.
- Participate and support Freddie Mac community events.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate major: Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Behavior, Psychology
- Graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026
- Strong customer centric mindset
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office
- Experience writing and editing content for clarity and conciseness
- A desire to learn about the housing finance system and Freddie Mac’s affordable housing mission
