COUNTRY CONTROLLERSHIP ANALYST

Controllership function part of Accenture Operations (Future Enterprise) is responsible for closely monitoring the company's overall financial health, which includes overseeing the daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. They also assist in guiding the company's strategic financial decisions and are thus critical to the firm's financial health, as well as responsible for managing compliance audits and internal control monitoring.
As a controllership analyst, you are required to:

Understand US GAAP/Statutory requirements and accordingly ensuring accounts are complying to those guidelines

Ability to manage multiple processes wthin Controllership

Analyzing financial data
-
Being able to manage the account reconciliation process

Ownership of Accounting & Reporting in compliance with corporate policies and processes

Ensure adequacy/effectiveness of internal controls with ability to execute

Being able to assist in month end/other period closings related activities

Assisting in various audits
-
Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to manage within tight deadlines

Working in multiple time zones

Good written & verbal communication skills with ability to connect with the stakeholders/teams

Demonstrate innovation with focus to improve process-enhance efficiencies
Professional Qualifications
-
Master's degree in accounting with 4-5 years of relevant exposure
-
Chartered Accountant Fresher/CMA Fresher/ CA Intermediate with minimum 2 years of experience

MBA Finance with 2 years of relevant exposure
