Job Description
Testing Associate
Successful applicants will have knowledge of Testing Lifecycle, understanding different phases like:
·Functional Testing
·System Integration Testing
·Regression Testing
·User Acceptance Testing
Highly successful applicants would also know and understand
·Usability Testing
·Test Design
·Database Testing
·Data Driven or Keyword driven testing approach in case of Automation testing
The Work:
·Creating detailed test scripts using approved requirements, design, testing standards, and data input
·Coordinating with Functional and Programmer analysts in the validation of requirements and design
·Logging any deviations from script steps during execution to support proper QA and client review
·Working with development teams to resolve design issues discovered during testing phases
·Communicating software issues to the development teams
·Remaining focused upon continuous improvement of the testing process through the use of automation tools, training, and quality/peer reviews
·Executing test scripts from detailed steps and scenarios
Top applicants would have:
·Experience working as a tester to verify and validate software
·Experience with ALM or other test management tools (required)
·Experience with Automation Tool – TOSCA
·Experience with Selenium
·Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
