SourceAbled's client has a great opportunity for recent and / or upcoming grads for a Multifamily Business Analysis Graduate Intern - Summer 2025 (Hybrid- 3 Days in Office). These roles are full time, direct hire position with Freddie Mac.  This is a hybrid position located in McLean VA - 3 days in office. The salary range for this position is   $64,480 - $83,200 and you would eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.

 

The hourly rate for this role is $40/hr.

 

 At Freddie Mac, you will do important work to build a better housing finance system and you’ll be part of a team helping to make homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable across the nation.

Your Impact:

  • Based on your intern role, you will be supporting the Modeling & Research Team of the Capital Markets Department to conduct pricing modeling and security functions.
  • You will interact with all levels of employees including senior management on various projects
  • You will build relationships across the organization to assist with customer partnerships

 

Areas of Internship:

As an intern, you will be selected for a short-term project in the Modeling & Research area of the Capital Markets Department.

 

Capital Markets - Modeling

Capital Markets department performs pricing, modeling and securitization functions related to Multifamily mortgage purchases that are either held in portfolio or securitized. The Modeling & Research team is primarily involved with conducting empirical data analysis on the multifamily markets and historic mortgage performance, and for developing analytical approaches or tools to support multifamily research, data science, statistical modeling and portfolio risk management.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing Master’s degree in Finance, Quantitative Analytics, Math/Statistics, Economics, Real Estate, Liberal Arts, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Graduation date between December 2025 – May 2026
  • Availability to work May – August 2025
