SourceAbled is seeking candidates for immediate openings for 1st & 2nd shift openings on 12hr shifts; in a 2 year contract role as a Process Tech 1. This opportunity is one of our clients, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical Medical Technology companies the country. They are currently seeking candidates for positions they need to fill immediately in Jacksonville, FL.

 

Summary:

The Process Tech 1 provides technical support of activities related to the development of new processes including current and emerging technologies research, process cost evaluation, quality and capability alternatives analyses, and process characterization in a team building, family-oriented environment, exceptional opportunities for growth, inclusive to Disabled, Autistic & Neurodivergent candidates.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

This role supports basic engineering technical activities to effect high quality processes and design guidelines for dissemination through out the division. A process Tech 1 checks basic layouts and drawings for clarity, completeness, conformity to standards, procedures, specifications, and accuracy of calculations and dimensions. This role handles requisitions of equipment and materials; performs vendor and equipment analysis for engineers to determine cost effective and high quality processes. Supports designed experiments and capability studies, collects documents, and files records on process specifications. The Processing Tech collects process documentation and puts together training packets on processes, materials, and equipment. Uses basic computer aided industrial design applications such as: Ideas, Alias, and Solid works. This role adheres to all company safety policies and procedures and other safety precautions within the production work area. 

Work Experience Required: 0-2 Years Work Experience

Education Required: Vocational, Certificate, Technical or Associates
