Job Description
ATTENTION: SourceAbled is seeking candidates for an upcoming contract opportunity as a Machine Operator with one of the world’s largest Pharmaceutical Medical Technology companies the country in Jacksonville FL.
General Summary:
- Responsible for operating machinery to produce parts, tools and equipment using sketches, prints or instruction manuals.
- Accountable for adhering to all quality and safety guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists with set up and operation of machinery to produce parts, tools and equipment.
- Modifies parts based on quality inspection results to assure conformance to requirements.
- leans machines as necessary and assists with basic maintenance.
- Corrects basic manufacturing problems as directed.
- Requests supplies for assigned equipment and maintains calibration records.
- Notifies supervisor when machinery needs maintenance or repairs.
- Reviews and implements all quality and safety requirements.
