As an Associate Operations Processor, you'll be an integral part of the operations team at a major financial institution, working together to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our daily tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Associate Operations Processor, you'll perform a range of essential tasks to support our operations team. Your responsibilities will include:

Routine Clerical Tasks: Execute general clerical operations tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all assignments.
Document Handling: Receive, log, batch, and distribute incoming work promptly, following established procedures to maintain a seamless workflow.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support by handling tasks such as filing, photocopying, and answering phones in a professional and friendly manner.

Mail Management: Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail accurately and in a timely fashion.
Collaboration: Regularly receive direction from your supervisor, collaborating closely with the team to meet operational goals.

Problem Solving: Escalate questions and issues to more experienced team members when necessary, demonstrating a commitment to learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of operations experience is preferred. However, we also consider equivalent qualifications demonstrated through one or a combination of the following:

Relevant work experience
Training or certifications
Military experience
Education in a related field
