What You Will Achieve
In your role, you’ll perform planning or coordination activities to enable repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, machines and/or equipment. You may support work related to conducting routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery and equipment.
As part of the business support team, you are recognized as an advisor to other colleagues in your group due to your comprehensive knowledge and skills in your area and understanding of the larger organization. You are innovative in identifying solutions to problems by taking a broader perspective that benefits the organization. You encourage collaboration and communication within the team and across groups to influence desired outcomes. You train others and provide guidance to the team that helps us achieve our goal of providing the best healthcare to our patients.

How You Will Achieve It
Lead and allocate work of others and assist in establishing their priorities.
Ensure that the operation and administration of the maintenance management and inventory systems is maintained and stock levels reflect those within the system.
Coordinate the activities of outside contractors supplementing work order backlog relief.
Plan Preventive maintenance, corrective and calibration activities to help coordination and planned shutdown activities.
Provide information and reports as requested. Raise opportunities for cost savings with Reliability Engineering Lead.
Periodically review approved recommended spares requests, obtain quotes for supplies, raise purchased order requests and ensure orders are duplicated in both the CMMS and Ariba so that stock levels are maintained and are available when required.
Perform periodic reviews, data collection and security reviews as directed.
Maintain and update PM task changes in accordance with Data integrity and approved change procedures.
Provide back up as needed to Maintenance Supervisor.
Provide support to maintenance/reliability engineer for predictive maintenance program and in implementing best practices.
Assume responsibility as subject matter expert on specific technical areas within maintenance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
High School Diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience.
Extremely detail oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
